Our Mission
Our mission is to help facilitate emotional healing and growth and to empower *BIPOC and/or 2-SLGBTQ+ folk by helping to break down systemic oppression.
A paradigm shift is needed.
Our country is facing a shift. Individuals and companies are hungry to make actionable change to ensure they are inclusive. We are ready to unlearn the habits that divide us and work together to shift the culture to be safe for all.
For this shift to occur, we must let go of what we know so new ideas can take root. We are here to shepherd you through this shift in mindsets and culture through customized education/training, facilitated conversations and guided, actionable change. We help to curate the space to have the necessary conversations and help build the bridge between allyship* to accomplices*.
